Current Useful Information

If users are experiencing problems, you may submit an email to the RT ticketing system. However, there are currently some know issues on the cluster that have known workarounds while we attempt to fix them. These issues can be found in our Known Cluster Features document.

Future Information to be Provided

This page will present some external links as well as some automated information regarding the current status of the WFU DEAC Cluster. Unfortunately, at this time, the software environment to support those links and automation is not yet in place. In the mean time, here is a list of features that will be provided here so that users and visitors will know what to expect:

• Recent Nagios reported outages
• Recent Request Tracker recent tickets
• Ganglia Monitoring Graphs]

Of course, any user requested features will be added if possible as well.
